What to do with a bag of sweet glutinous rice?

I bought a huge bag of sweet glutinous rice to make Andy Ricker's Sticky Rice with Mango and Salty-Sweet Coconut Cream (https://food52.com/blog...), which was incredible. What should I do with the rest of this glutinous rice? Are there any ways to use it that aren't just coconut sticky rice (not that there's anything wrong with that...)

Sweet rice is stickier than short grain rice but is very tasty. You can mix it with long grain rice like jasmine or Basmati rice and use it like a short grain rice in a recipe. I usually one cup of sweet rice to two cups of long grain rice.

I often use glutinous rice when making rice porridge (jook). It makes a creamier porridge.
