I have a question about the recipe "Basic Rice Cream (Vegan)" from Lump in the road. Can you make this with brown rice that isn't germinated? Would that work?

Although I haven't tried this recipe, I'm guessing that using germinated rice results in a smoother blended texture than you might get from using regular brown rice.
