Hi Arabella, if you scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "my orders" you will see your order with status of shipping. If you are having problems getting any information I think you could email [email protected] and include their order number. If I have ever had a problem with an order and did that they got back to me quickly. Hope that helps and that roasting dish looks wonderful.
If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you'll see a "get help" link. It brings up an email template. That would probably be better than asking the Hotline.
