Look for quesadillas on 101cookbooks.com. It's where you cook the whole tortilla into the scrambled egg, then top however you like.

If the tortilla was in strips and the egg was scrambled with it, look up "migas." If the tortilla was fried whole, the egg was fried whole and a sauce was involved, look up  "huevos rancheros."
