making Lasagna cupcakes with Jovial Gluten Free brown rice pasta

The box says no boiling! but I want to cut the pasta to fit the cupcake cups. any one know how long to boil?

On the Jovial website, they have a cannelloni recipe using their lasagna noodles (http://jovialfoods.com/recipes/gluten-free-cannelloni/) and suggest boiling the noodles for 5 minutes, that might be a good place to start.
