I have a question about the recipe "Double Corn, Quinoa & Cheddar Muffins" from boulangere. Can I sub a different flour than Quinoa?
Cynthia is a trusted source on Bread/Baking.
What a great question, Katelin. If you sub garbanzo bean flour for quinoa flour, your results will be as identical as possible, and just as delicious. Most happiest of holidays to you.
