I have a question about the recipe "Maple Glazed Stuffed Pork Tenderloin" from lakelurelady. I would like to try this out, but have not used pear nectar before. Is that the same as pear juice? Thanks

I think pear juice would be fine.
Here's a homemade option (http://kitchenhighlights...), they say pear nectar is a puree that is thinned to a drinkable consistency.
