I had a recipe I used for mashed potatoes that I can't locate, you cook the potatoes in milk and cream - Do you have one?

Hi Carol! I can't seem to find a recipe that calls for cooking the potatoes in the dairy, though I'm still searching for you. I think you'd be able to substitute the water in step 2 for cream/milk.
