I'm serving around 4:30; what time should I put my pre-made dishes (potatoes, gratins, etc.) in the oven to start warming? And at what temp?

And I usually do a low oven, around 200 or 250.

In the period you rest and carve the turkey. I rest a 7 kg bird for 45 mins, 60 mins if its a male!
