Once the turkey is done, how do I heat up all of the sides?!

Yes! And I would heat the sides covered with foil in a low oven, around 200 or 250.

Should I be cooking them 3/4 of the way beforehand and just warming them at 250? Our turkey is only 11.2 lbs so it only needs to rest 30 minutes, right?

Wrap your cooked turkey in foil place in a warm area and let it rest for up to 60 minutes depending on its size. Heat your sides then. Save me the parson nose!
