I took my 15 lb turkey out of the freezer Sunday and it's still partially frozen. What should I do?

Our Creative Director Kristen Miglore's never-fail turkey advice is this: Soak the bird in cold (never hot!) water, changing the water every 30 minutes. It should take about 30 minutes per pound. Then, cook it immediately.
