I have a question about the recipe "Tea Smoked Whole Duck with Plum Wine Sauce" from NakedBeet. Do you cook the rice or put it into the wok dry? Do the tea leaves go in with the rice dry or do you make the tea?

I've never made this recipe, but it seems to me that you use dry rice, toasting it for its flavor and discarding it at the end. Good luck!
