How do i make rose water which is used for cooking?

It's a bit of a project, so you may want to try tracking a bottle down. I've made it once ==> take a lot of fragrant, organic/non-chemical treated rose petals and add them to water in a large pot. Set up a bowl on a rack in the center of the pot, above the level of the water. Cover the pot with its lid oriented upside down. Bring the water to a simmer. Place ice cubes in the upside down lid. As the steam condenses on the lid it will drip back into the bowl you've set up. What collects in the bowl is the rosewater.
