What kind of chicken sausage? Also how much? Sausages come in many sizes and weights. Thanks for your help!

the black beans throw it into the southwest/mexican camp so i would advise a sausage that has spices (cumin, chiles, red pepper, pimenton...)from those areas, or those places in the name of the sausage i.e. Southwest Chicken Sausage. Otherwise, a plain sausage w/ no herbs or sugar.
