Three Kings Day cake

Does anyone have a good recipe for New Orleans style Three Kings Day cake? The one with the garish sugars? I thought I had seen a recipe on this site, but couldn't locate it with search.

Oh, thank you! I put in Three Kings Day Cake, instead of King Cake.
