I have a question about the recipe "Alice's Chocolate Pudding" from Alice Medrich. Does this recipe still work with Dutch process cocoa powder (like Fry's)? That's all I have on hand, other than hot chocolate mix.

It calls for cocoa powder so dutch process cocoa powder should be fine.

Here's a little seminar about cocoa. I have often switched the two out rather than go to the store, but they are different. I think the pudding will forgive you. :)
