I have a question about the recipe "Crispy Coconut Kale with Roasted Salmon and Coconut Rice" from Ashley Couse | Bloom & Nourish. Do you peel the sweet potatoes? Recipe says clean and cut...no mention of peeling or not.

Like regular potatoes, sweet potatoes are more flavorful and healthy for you when the skin is retained.
