I have a question about the recipe "Baingan-less Bharta (or One-Pot South Asian Zucchini)" from HalfKiwi. When are you supposed to add the kale?

Hi there! I would add the kale just during the last 5 minutes of cooking. That should be plenty of time for it to cook down.
