I have a question about the recipe "S'mores Layer Cake" from Erin McDowell. Good substitute for the Graham Flour?

Whole Wheat Pastry flour is the same thing. Whole Foods carries it in the bulk section and you can find it online.

Graham flour is a somewhat coarse, high protein flour- Whole wheat AP is a much better substitute.

Graham flour is still available from Bob's Red Mill- Whole Foods had it last I looked (admittedly a year or two ago). Whole Wheat AP is a good substitute.
