There is this white and blue tag sticking in my turkey. Do I leave it in there?

I would take anything out that's not attached to the turkey :) It might be one of those plastic tabs that pop up with the turkey is done, but it's not the most reliable indicator (a thermometer reading 165F in the fleshy part of the thigh is).
