The recipe I am using for my turkey says to cook it at 350 for the last hour but I need to cook all my sides at 375, will the turkey dry out at 375?

You must already be done but I second Kristen's answer. That small a temperature difference won't significantly impact such a big bird. Hope it turned out fine !

No, it should be just fine (I'm about to put mine in at 500 with the Barbara Kafka method!). Just check for doneness a little earlier.
