I have a question about the recipe "Pull-Apart Thanksgiving Leftover Stuffed Bread" from Joy Huang | The Cooking of Joy. Can I use regular All purpose flour instead of bread flour in this case, or will that mess it up?
I don't think it will mess it up; I consider the bread in this recipe to be more of a vehicle for delivering leftovers into your mouth. But please let me know what your results are!
