I have a question about the recipe "Cast-Iron-Skillet Baked Beans" from MessyEpicure. do you keep all of the bacon fat in the skillet?

You sure do! I just leave all the fat in the pan, but if you want to pour some out go ahead. You do need at least some of the fat to cook the veggies.
