Can you sous vide in an instant pot? I use Food Savers for freezing and wonder if I could use this with my instant pot on a Salmon steak.

Has anyone tried to sous vide in an instant pot? Can I do Salmon this way?

I don't have an Instant Pot and can't speak from experience, but their Pot FAQ says you can, kinda-sorta, after downloading an app.
