Cooking tip steak on the stove

I'm trying to find a good way to cook some tip steak I found in the back of my freezer. I normally use minimal seasonings I can either bake it or cook it on the stove. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

What are you referring to as a "tip" steak? I've been cooking for 6 decades and teaching cooking for 4 of those and have never heard of that cut of steak.
