How many pounds (?) does a 'bunch of mustard greens' weigh?

Hi Robin -- I'd recommend a large bunch, anywhere from 16 oz to 24 oz. But if your bunch is a little smaller than that, no worries. I've made it with more greens relative to onions (and vice versa) and it's good either way! Hope this helps.
