I have a question about the recipe "Almond, Cherry and Ginger Florentines" from MrsWheelbarrow. can these be made a 3-5 days in advance & still be fresh tasting?

Keep them in a cookie tin, in layers separated by wax paper or parchment and they will last about a week. Of course they are best fresh!
