I have a question about the recipe "Sausage and Kale Dinner Tart" from My Pantry Shelf. I left the disk of dough in the fridge for a few hours and now it's quite hard! Suggestions? I left it on the counter to soften up.

That was exactly the right move. How did your tart turn out?
It was great! Next time I'll let it cook for 13-15 minutes. The bottom of the tart was just slightly undercooked after 10 minutes, but this did not take away much from its charm.
Glad to hear it was a hit, I like that one too.
Simpler is better (especially when you're sweaty).
