A question about a recipe: Zucchini Involtini with Swiss Chard & Ricotta

I have a question about the recipe "Zucchini Involtini with Swiss Chard & Ricotta" from Alexandra Stafford. Thyme is included in the recipe. Is it added to the ricotta or the tomato sauce? I am going to try to make a vegan version using cashew ricotta.

Hi there, the thyme gets added to the ricotta in step 3. A vegan version with cashew ricotta sounds great.
