I have a question about the recipe "Plain Mochi" from cynthia | two red bowls. I made this and the mochi really stuck to the parchment paper! Any tips for that?

That's very strange! I can't think of why this would be -- normally I find hardly anything sticks to parchment paper. Was the mochi still warm? Perhaps if it was cooled fully it would come off more easily? I'm so sorry that that happened. I hope it was still tasty if you could salvage it.
