Lisbon food tour?

I took a tour of Istanbul's Spice Market neighborhood with Culinary Backstreets when they were just starting out. I thought it was excellent, and they have since expanded to include Lisbon:

I have a pastry chef friend (now based in Lagos) who used to work for Taste of Lisboa - she said they do a good job and the guides are very knowledgeable ( http://www.tasteoflisboa.com/ ) .

I would also recommend a half- or full day tour to Azeitão/Sesimbra if you're in the area long enough - especially if wine is a great interest as the adegas in that area are very good with visitors and have quite generous tastings. Sesimbra has great seafood with the handsome former fishing village vibe everyone likes.
