A question about a recipe: Chicken with Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce

I have a question about the recipe "Chicken with Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce" from Maria Teresa Jorge. I've made this many time and love this recipe. I'm going to make this for a dinner with friends and I'd like to make as much of the recipe as I can ahead of time. Has anyone else made this ahead of time and what suggestions do you have?

Hi,
You can certainly make the dish ahead and even freeze it. Just stop at the end of number 4.
When ready to serve warm up the dish and continue from 5 onwards.
You won't lose any flavour.
