I have a question about the recipe "Tahini Cake with Blueberry Swirl" from Sarah Jampel. would it be possible to use something other than a bundt pan for this?
You could probably make it in two 8 x 4 loaf pans, although it won't be nearly so pretty.
Or a tube cake, so the central tube helps a (relatively) dense batter cook through. Otherwise, the center might still be raw when the outer parts are fullt baked.
