I have a question about the recipe "Choco Tacos" from molly yeh. What is the best size pan to cook the taco shells

I just made these in a small pan, it really doesn't matter what size because the batter will only spread so much. Also the recipe calls for 2 1/2 Tablespoon per taco and I used a good 1 Tablespoon for mini taco's.
