I have a question about the recipe "Maialino's Olive Oil Cake" from Genius Recipes. Has anyone baked this in a loaf pan. I wanted to slice and toast it for breakfast. Thanks!

I don't see why you couldn't. You can pretty much bake any batter in any shape pan, with few exceptions.

I sometimes find slices olive-oil cakes sometimes crumble more than butter cakes...I would be careful, and toast your slices horizontally (toaster oven or under the grill in regular oven).
