I have a question about the recipe "Brown Rice Jambalaya-ish" from healthierkitchen. if i'm tripling this recipe should i cook rice separately? i'm afraid at that quantity it won't cook before everything else goes to mush?

If you have a big enough pan, and follow the directions making the proper conversion for making the larger batch it should cook at the same rate.
