I have a question about the recipe "Spinach Balls with Mustard Sauce" from ChefJune. Recipe calls for white vinegar. I have white wine vinegar - will that work? Thanks in advance!

Yes, white wine vinegar should work just fine!

yes. Another good choice, and useful to have around is cider vinegar. Not too strong a flavour of its own, but I find it softer than ordinary white vinegar, which I find a bit harsh.

Yes, it will work. Just don't use red.
