Hi Stephanie: Yes, you can assemble it up to a day in advance! I like to add the crumb topping before baking so it doesn't get soggy, but you can go ahead and prep the topping in advance and store it separately.

Great! Thanks for the reply. I’m prepping it with roasted rutabaga, cherry tomatoes and smoked fontina. Can’t wait to eat it tomorrow!
