I have a question about the recipe "Tomato-Kale Quiche in Cheesy Rice Crust" from Erin McDowell. Is this meant to be eaten at room temperature? Does it fall apart if you try and deal with it while it is still quite warm?

It is best to let it cool for at least 20-30 minutes before serving!
