I have a question about the recipe "Smoky Tempeh and Hummus Sandwiches" from Gena Hamshaw. Could I make this ahead, or the hummus & tempeh atleast? Going on a long busride the night after and would love to have this as "nistepakke"

You could definitely make the hummus and tempeh ahead. I don't know if I'd assemble it more than a few hours in advance, since the bread and sprouts might get soggy, but it sounds like a great travel food!
Plus a cherry on top if you pretty, pretty please.
