I have a question about the recipe "One-Pot Chicken Chasseur" from Katherine Knowles. How would changing to chicken breasts change the recipe

It should be fine, since this isn't cooked for very long (really long cooking makes chicken breasts go a bit stringy). I've made it with chicken breasts with the peg bone still on, which is a nice generous portion for dinner (1 per person).
