I have a question about the recipe "Persimmon Ice Cream. No Dairy, No Sugar, No Time. Fast Fast Fast!" from Kathy Gori. I'd like to make this for my mom as a no added sugar dessert for Thanksgiving. Can it be made ahead and frozen, or would I have to reblend it before serving anyhow?

This ice cream can be made ahead and kept frozen.
