Can I freeze uncooked cornbread dressing or should I cook it first before freezing? Will uncooked dressing be ok in a glass dish covered with foil?

Hi,

Freeze away. Just make sure to cook the dressing straight from the freezer to 165 degrees, and all will be well. No need to thaw it first.
