Had the wrong tempature. Bird has been in the oven two hours at 450°. Thermator says it’s at 120°. Is there anything we can do besides wait for 165°?

Not much, other than turn the oven up to the max or add convection if you have that option. Hopefully it won't be too much longer, and this gives you a little extra time to get everything else ready!

Thanks so much! We have the oven at 325°, why would we need to turn it up more?

I may have misunderstood your first question—I thought you were hoping to hurry the bird along to 165F. Are you trying to slow it down? Turkeys can handle a good range of temperatures (Barbara Kafka even roasted hers at 500F!), so you can turn up or down as needed.
