I have a question about the recipe "Crostini with Roasted Grapes, Vanilla Yogurt, and Fresh Basil" from Josh Cohen. So I live outside of the country and cannot find vanilla skyr, could I just add a few drops of vanilla to plain greek yogurt as a substitute? or do you recommend something else? Thanks!!

I use honey on my plain yogurt. I think that would be excellent in place of vanilla. Vanilla yogurt is sweetened so I think honey would add sweetness and flavor.

Hi Nathalie, you can use greek yogurt as a substitute - just add a little vanilla extract and a little powdered sugar to the greek yogurt. Start by adding small quantities, then taste and adjust as necessary.
