I have a question about the recipe "Kronans Kaka (Swedish Almond Potato Cake)" from Catherine Lamb. Can you use 1 cup almond flour? And could you substitute Cointreau for the orange zest?

To answer my own question, I decided to use 125 g almond flour and 1 tsp Cointreau, can't be too bad!
