I have a question about the recipe "Applesauce Cake with Caramel Glaze" from Merrill Stubbs. If I wanted to make this in a loaf pan, would I halve the recipe? Thank you!

Hi Brette -- and happy new year! Using a standard sized loaf pan, half the recipe will give you a squat (but still delicious) loaf. Just make sure to start checking for doneness much sooner...
