I have a question about the recipe "Roll-Out Sugar Cookies" from Erin McDowell. How long can this dough chill in the fridge before baking? Hours? Days?

I haven't tried it with this dough but the general rule for any dough with eggs is 3 - 4 days. I make virtually all of of my holiday cookies ahead of time and it works great. In fact, it improves the flavor. Doughs without egg hold for a much longer period. ;o)
