I have a question about the recipe "Quick Cucumber and Shiso Pickles" from Teri. About how big a canning jar would you recommend for this?

I would think about the quantity of liquid going to be used and then make a good estimate based on that, allowing a little extra room just in case. Or if you have more than will fit into your jar you can probably use some other small container for the leftovers.
