I have a question about the recipe "Salted Maple Honeycomb Candy" from Merrill Stubbs. If made the day before you are planning to use/gift, is there a best way to store this to retain the texture?

Store it in a cool, dry place--I usually just put it in a tupperware in a cabinet, assuming it's not too humid out.
